What will our lives look like in eight years, in 2030? Will our daily routines undergo transformation? Will the ecological, social, or health crises of recent years influence the future? These are the questions that Laurent Mathieu aims to address. However, there's no crystal ball for this. Through field investigations, personal testimonies, and expert opinions, the journalist will attempt to envision what Belgian society will be like in 2030.

He sets out to meet Belgians to understand the subtleties of the changes that await us by the year 2030. Did you know that the personal data of every Belgian is bought or sold almost 300 times a day? Yes, it's enormous. But we're not innocent in this. With the internet and social networks, we have been publishing, sharing, and commenting for years. Today, it's time to face the facts: our privacy is in danger. So, have we all been manipulated... or have we lacked vigilance? Are we doomed to sow our personal information every time we visit the web? We set out to meet Belgians who participate in this data economy to better understand it. But also those who have decided to resist in an attempt to regain control over our privacy. How can we, in Belgium, live with digital technology without jeopardizing our privacy, so that 2030 does not mark the end of our privacy?

Burnouts, labor shortages, the robotisation of our businesses, the emergence of artificial intelligence, or a total loss of meaning: today's working world is facing numerous challenges. By 2030, if you haven't changed jobs, it's probably because your job has changed.
Since joining a company is no longer a matter of course for young people or more experienced workers, how will we be working in Belgium in 2030?
We will be meeting those who have radically changed their lives for better work or who have decided to work less to find a certain meaning in their lives. Or even Belgians who have decided... not to work at all anymore.
