moreAs the health crisis slowly begins to wane, for the refuge, this period is particularly busy. The consequences of the post-lockdown are more keenly felt than ever; abandonments have increased to the point where not a single cage is available. It's an unprecedented situation. But whether the refuge is full or not, when the team receives distress calls, there's no question of standing idly by.
In this episode, the team will come to the rescue of Nalah, an American Staffy living constantly in a corridor and who has an impressive tumor on her leg... An arrival at the refuge is always difficult for the residents: the barking, the smells, everything is different. For Nalah, who has never experienced the outdoors, it's a new world opening up to her. But Cecilia and the other staff ensure that her transition is as pleasant as possible.
The team will also come to the rescue of Snoopy, an elderly Border Collie who, unlike Nalah, has only known his outdoor cage for 2 years. Aurélie, the cat handler, will help a little girl overcome the loss of her old companion by finding her a new kitten.
And Luna, a 9-year-old Dachshund, will arrive at the refuge reluctantly, as her owner can no longer take care of her due to serious health problems.
These stories sadden, sometimes revolt, and always touch the employees of Sans Collier.

Tall or short, with short or long fur, rather dynamic or lazy... It's often said that owners choose a pet that resembles them. But what is it that makes our world suddenly tilt and we fall under the spell of a particular little furball? Sometimes, it's simply a glance, a feeling, a story. Sometimes, you just have to be in the right place at the right time for the magic to happen. At least, that's what little Thor hopes for. Arriving at the refuge in the morning, he's having a hard time coping with his separation from his former owner. Together, they didn't have an easy life and lived in a car. The owner decided to entrust his dog to Sans Collier to give him a better future.
Meanwhile, Valérie, who has been suffering from Parkinson's disease for 12 years, is looking for a pet to accompany her in her illness and help her progress. This story touches Marilys, the new recruit, who will do everything to find her the dog she needs.
On the cat side, a beautiful love story will blossom between Chipie and Michel, despite his partner's reluctance... But with a little tenacity, sometimes, you get what you want!

Sebastien, the director of the shelter, wants more than anything to improve the education of the dogs that arrive at Sans Collier to facilitate their adoption later on. So, he decides to take Tao for a training session with Nathalie, the behavioral specialist. A new development in this season!
Tara and Pepito lost everything in a fire: their owner and their familiar surroundings. Their arrival at the shelter is very disturbing for these elderly and inseparable dogs. The team will do their best to have them adopted together. Camille and Aurelie, the cat caretakers, will experience one of the most disappointing returns of their careers: that of Chacha. A tough blow for the two young women, as the animal returns in a catastrophic state 2 weeks after adoption... fleas, injuries, weight gain... they don't understand what could have happened.

Arriving at the shelter 3 years ago following mistreatment, he has serious skin problems and must take various treatments for his numerous allergies. After 4 failed adoptions, Kovu languishes in his cage and nothing seems to lift his spirits. If the mental and physical suffering of the animal is too great, Sebastien will have to make the difficult decision to euthanize him. But no one on the team wants to give up hope that there is a solution for him.
Fortunately, little joys will brighten the daily life of the shelter. Like the arrival of 4 small crossbred Yorkshire puppies from an accidental litter... It's not every day that the team welcomes such small bundles of fur, so they must make the most of it!
And Luna, the little dachshund, will meet a family with two children who are looking to adopt their first dog!
