Pitch

"Normal" is a web documentary addressing mental health in young adults from a first-person perspective. Through six portraits, the viewer dives into the personal stories of six individuals living with psychological disorders on a daily basis. The series invites us, for the duration of each narrative, to see the world with new eyes. "Normal" takes the viewer beyond ignorance, the unknown, and preconceived ideas associated with these disorders through a narrative that is openly subjective and personal. Through these encounters, the authors question the notion of normality within our society.
