Who's ever heard of the European “Big Five” and its five most impressive mammals: the wolverine, the lynx, the wolf, the bear and the European bison? The story begins in late summer at the Han-sur-Lesse wildlife park. This park is unique in the world, a recognized Geopark and a site of major geological interest. The Grottes de Han, through which the river La Lesse flows, bear witness to the evolution of our planet, and bear witness to the origin of species and the perpetual cycle of life. H.A.N. will introduce us to the rangers who take care of these species in the heart of our region, but also far beyond our borders.
