A few weeks before Christmas, a new competition hosted by Maureen Louys is coming to La Une to delight our taste buds. What would the end-of-year holidays be without chocolate delights under the Christmas tree or gracing our tables? This is even more true in our country, the homeland of chocolate. For the first time, La Une is highlighting one of our gastronomic specialties, which has earned us the reputation of being nothing less than THE chocolate country in the eyes of the world.

It's a show full of indulgence during which its presenter will undoubtedly have to resist the most incredible and appetizing chocolate creations in the country.

After going through a rather demanding casting process, 24 candidates, passionate about chocolate, will compete to present their specialty to the prestigious jury. To impress them and hope to advance in the competition, the candidates will have a blank canvas. Whether it's an incredibly tall sculpture, pastries, petits fours, or a chocolate concept that has never been tried before, they can do anything during the auditions – there are no limits!

However, they will only have a few minutes to present their chocolate creation to the jury. This jury is composed of:

Pierre Marcolini, master chocolatier, elected "World's Best Pastry Chef" in 2020. Jean Philippe Darcis, the award-winning artisan chocolatier. Victoire Finaz, a chocolate expert.
